1. Water

"Water (H2O) is a chemical compound from the Element Oxygen (O) and Hydrogen (H). Water is the only chemical compound that occurs naturally on the earth Occurs as a liquid, as a Solid and as a gas. The reference to it in this case, Water, is as a liquid State of Matter. In the solid state it is called Ice, in the gaseous state it is called Steam." Quote Wikipedia

2. Tasks of water in the human body

Water works in the body as a solvent, transport and cleaning agent. It has to carry the task materials from A to B. But this can only work if water is present in unsaturated form. Water that already contains materials of any kind can only partially assume its transport function, if at all.

Water is responsible for:
  • Regulation of Body Temperature
  • Regulation of Energy Balance
  • Metabolic Function
  • Acid Base Balance
  • Informaton Carrier
  • Nutrient Transportation
  • Supply of Cells and Tissues
  • Detoxification and elimination processes

All of these can be fulfilled best by water when it is in a pure, unsaturated state.

3. Mineral water

Humans need minerals. A common misconception is that these minerals are supplied to the body through drinking water. The opposite is the case - the minerals in bottled water are either inorganic or artificial - in both cases, they are not bio-available, which means that these minerals cannot be absorbed by the body. Added to that, by mixing minerals into water, the water then becomes saturated and loses its most important functions for the body.

4. Tap water

Tap water is not the quality that we are led to believe. The permissible limits for saturation have been reset higher and higher in recent years, so once can safely say that it is far below an acceptable level. Let’s look at what is really going on with tap water, in these two examples.

5. Plastic bottles

Plastic bottles are increasingly being used for water because there are distinct and obvious advantages for industry and trade. On the one hand they are lighter and cannot break as easily as glass, and simple to trade on the other hand. Unfortunately this is 100% to the detriment of the consumer. All plastic bottles contain plasticisers which are absorbed by the water and thus inevitably fed into your body. Numerous studies have shown how harmful this is. In addition, plastic is a huge burden on the environment. The degradation of plastic takes several centuries, and slowly but surely the world's oceans are being completely poisoned with it. Take the time to read more information about the topic of Plastic - visit our video, see also the movie "Plastic Planet" by Werner Boote. A must for everyone!

7. The Healthy Effects of Water – hear from Doctors on this subject.

Water works by what it takes out of the body, and not what it brings into it. The ability for water to purify, detoxify and healing lies in its emptiness. It must be entirely free of ingredients of any kind in order to develop this ability. For this purpose, it should be as basic as possible and alive.

Paracelsus swore by the healing powers of water. He had the idea to administer 37 ° Celsius warm water to his patients to make them healthy. "In water, the mother of all being, everything is included, to give people to heal," he said

Dr. med. Fereydoon Batmanghelidj

”You’re not sick; you’re thirsty!” was the title of one of his books

- The Water cure for obesity, depression and cancer
- Back pain and arthritis
- Water helps: asthma, allergies and lupus

Dr. Batmanghelidj studied medicine in London. He eturned to Iran only once and was imprisoned for three years. One of the inmates there suffered from terrible abdominal pain and Dr. Batmanghelidj had him eat nothing and drink only water, a glass of it every half hour; after a very short time the inmate had no more pain. He went on to cure many inmates with different ailments with water. After his release he went to the USA and devoted himself to the study of the healing effects of water. He noted that pure water (ie substantially free of ingredients) had a particularly good effect.

Dr. Charles Mayo

Even Dr. Charles Mayo, the co-founder of the world-famous Mayo Clinic in the US said in the 1920s of the 20th century:

"Water hardness (inorganic minerals in solution) is the underlying cause of many, if not all, of the diseases resulting from poisons in the intestinal tract. These (hard minerals) pass from the intestinal walls and get into the lymphatic system, which delivers all of its products to the blood, which in turn, distributes to all parts of the body. This is the cause of much human disease. "

Dr. Mayo goes on to say that these insoluble compounds (calcium-cholesterol) accumulate in the body, blocking the normal metabolism, creating a paradise for all known bacterial pathogens in the bowels and also being responsible for stones in kidneys and the gall bladder..

Under WATER you will find more information about water, tap water, drinking water, etc. The menu item DIRECTIVES deals with the currently valid legal standards, such as the Drinking Water Ordinance, the table and mineral water regulation, and the benchmarks for water pollution. Reports from our members are found within our BLOG, so we give you a little glimpse of how it can change everything if you drink pure and clean water. Under VIDEO, we have put together a selection of interesting articles on the subject of water. Under EVENTS you will find an overview of the current water info presentations events being offered, which we provider as part of our educational work. Our water information is free, but not for nothing. You are welcome to bring your own tap water or bottled water, and have it tested free of charge. Are not you curious as to what you have been drinking every day? The last menu item WATER STATIONS will show you where our water stations already operate. We would be delighted if you too get involved, so that more and more people can have access to clean and pure water.
